Your Dial Gold bars definitely have it out for you... I think pretty much any bar soap is fine as long as it allows you to work up a good lather as it's the mechanical action you get from the hand washing that removes the bad juju. The key is really taking the time to get both sides of the hand, each finger and especially the finger tips (it's generally the area around the nails that stays diby cu155 - Hockey

I'm chuckling at Dartmouth being low-risk given that medical resident who managed to go to a Tuck business school party after being told to self quarantine. My semi-retired physician parents (with backgrounds in public health and infectious disease) are both affiliated with Dartmouth college, med-school, and hospital and are....unimpressed by the current response. Harvard is currently rated #1 in the ECAC; Cornell is tied for second place. Betcha this ranking was done by lawyers, not juries of the people. They're not "rated" #1. I checked, and it looks like they don't even make sling boxes as of 2017. I might get desperate and do something like run a live computer in the US and then connect to it remotely via Teamviewer or similar app and just remotely control the computer and then share screens...tough to get a hockey fix.by cu155 - Hockey

DL Swampy cu155 upprdeck do they block things like a sling box? Used to work pretty well, it's more questionable now if it'll work well still, but I've been thinking of trying that as an option, or remotely controlling a computer based in the US. I was in China last fall. My VPN didn't work at all. But some of the locals used VPNs that got through the government blockade, particularly on smarby cu155 - Hockey

Thank you, I appreciate these. I'm based in China and ESPN/Disney have gotten wise to people using VPNs making it almost impossible to get ESPN+ to work.by cu155 - Hockey

Re: ESPN+ - 4 years ago
Also not idea for someone living behind the Great Firewall of China. Unless it's a good day streaming ESPN+ is dicey as it doesn't always play well with VPNs. Radio was always a good backup or supplement.by cu155 - Hockey
Cornell Rowing 2019-2020 - 4 years ago
Last weekend, the Cornell Lightweights did not repeat last year's win but placed a close 3rd at the Head of the Charles behind Princeton, and Penn (coached by a Cornell alum). Fall racing doesn't equal spring racing but it's a good speed test and they should be competitive this year. HWT program did not have a good day but are young. BMAby cu155 - Other Sports

Cornell lights beat Penn and Harvard at Penn to secure both the Matthews Trophy and Leonard Cup last weekend. Cornell is typically at a disadvantage relative to other crews except Dartmouth because Ithaca is cold which means less water time before racing starts (I remember cutting blocks of ice out of the inlet during spring break to free up a channel to row) but the first varsity 8 looks toby cu155 - Other Sports
Re: ESPN+ - 5 years ago
Totally random whether it actually loads an event for me or pushes me to the 'sign up for ESPN+' page, this is even though I'm already signed and subscribed to the app. Fastest way I've found to actually locate hockey games or other Cornell events is just to load link via the Cornell Hockey/Lacrosse/Wrestling schedule page.by cu155 - Hockey

Re: Cornell lacrosse 2018 - 5 years ago
There are a couple of reasons why teams don't faceguard. 1) In doing so it allows Cornell to open up the rest of the field more when effectivly playing 5x5 due to Teat being out of the action. If a team has multiple scoring threats and the ability to pass well this makes it hard for the rest of the defenders to cover the ball and someone will get open/get off a good shot. Cornell has multiplby cu155 - Other Sports
