ugarte Kyle Rose You know precisely the flaw in this. Once I figured out it was highly unlikely I was ever going to get married, I stopped going to other peoples' weddings. I went to my high school best friend's wedding back in 2002, and haven't been to one since. Is that all a wedding is? A fancy gift exchange? Show up at the wedding. Josh '99 cth95 You don't have to quite cross the border. We get Canadian TV here in northern VT, and I know they get it in the North Country (NY), too.OK, but if I had to choose between living in Potsdam and living in Canada, I know which I'd pick. ursusminor KeithK ursusminor Why can no one spell Rensselaer correctly? I guess that I just did. It's not hard at all to spell. R-P-I. The Potsdam contingent usually spells it R-I-P. RatushnyFan Antlers was great - hope it still is. And Joe your name used to be the place in town - Joe's. But I guess it changed ownership and isn't as good. Re: Why the hate/dislike of Cornell? - 14 years ago
HeafDog We earned the victory, and we earned the right to celebrate. Not trying to start anything (but it probably will). But what exactly did you (meaning the cornell fans as a whole) to ensure victory? Sure you supported the team, and you yelled really loud. I would hardly say that those things entitle you to say that you "earned the victory" is stretching the truth just a littlby Dpperk29 - Hockey

Jim Hyla KeithK tretiak Come on, those stills are terrible. The skates are blurred and the picture is from a top angle. From that angle you can't tell if his skates are touching the ice. View the video, he certainly had a jumping motion, off the ice and back down. Stop the video at 11 seconds and look. I've paused it at several spots on the attached video. ithacat Dpperk29 The officials were definitely on cornell's side, but I am not sure it cost Clarkson the game. Clarkson's the most penalized team in the league. Apparently, the refs favor every other team as well. Roll's a punk and his team plays like punks. They're the dirtiest and whiniest team in the league. TimV dbilmes Lauren's on the right track here. We should just drop football. It's got to be costing much more money than it's bringing in, even if we don't give athletic scholarships. Most of the students could care less (with the exception of the players, of course). Based on decades of mediocrity, it's hard to see the program being turned around in a short time span. I'll throw in my two cents... I think Cornell will win, and probably by at least 2 goals. I am not selling out my team or anything, I am just being realistic. Clarkson's team isn't very good this year and Cornell's is. Cornell's offense should be able to over power Tech's defense and cornell's D will probably hold Tech to 1, maybe 2 goals. That being said, Tech winning wouldn't be an earthby Dpperk29 - Hockey
