Last week, INCH had a list of college hockey cocktails that included this: Big Red Hooter – Raise a glass to the loudest fan in Lynah history, who inspired this drink. (Tequila, amaretto, pineapple juice and grenadine) Certainly sounds better than having to drink an egg white.by Will - Hockey

INCH may be ranking four Ivies in its top twenty (which, in my opinion, is meaningless because its INCH's own people doing the rankings, not coaches or a cross-section of college hockey media), but three out of the four comments are backhanded at best: Piling up points in the ECAC with the same excitement as the national Scrabble tournament. Got back from the game a bit over an hour ago, and here are some observations: - Zeiler's goal for SLU should have been a crease violation. It sucks, but we can't win them all, I guess. - Cam Abbott's goal was absolutely beautiful. He just fought off the guy trying to stop him, and got it past McKenna nicely. I just got back into town from the North Country an hour ago. My analysis of this game can be summed up in one sentence: Clarkson was faster than expected, and Cornell was slower than expected/desired. That's what made the difference in the end. Didn't Martinez effectively copy and paste bits and pieces of other off-season articles in order to make his pre-season article? Maybe that's all one can really do for the pre-season, but still...yeah, I miss Jayson and Becky too.
