Re: HARVARD SUCKS - 12 years ago
This was my first game of the year and I liked what I saw in the first. Harvard seemed to out play us in the second and it wad fairly balanced in the third. Lots of penalties on us in the 2nd and 3rd... I couldn't tell if this was from sloppy play or the refs just being a bit quick with the whistle. I don't think we even had a power play after the first. Andy had a good game. Just as Dafatby kozaczkies - Hockey

Oh yeah... did anyone else want to punch those UNH fans that were in the "box" seats... right behind the Cornell section? Grrrrrr.....by kozaczkies - Hockey
Re: UNH 6 Cornell 2 postgame - 14 years ago
I thought during the first period we got dominated even though we came out with the only goal. Looked like UNH was out hustling and out hitting us... and we had way too many turnovers in our zone! We played a lot better during the 2nd period but that disputed goal was the turning point even though it was a tied game. As for the third... well, as Bill said, mutli-goal comebacks are not our foby kozaczkies - Hockey

adamw I thought a bit of agonizing history would be good ...most of which was touched on in this thread already ... Yeah, too much bad karma and rehashing bad memories Ahhhhhhhh... better now.by kozaczkies - Hockey

Josh '99 kozaczkies Looking forward to this game... not looking forward to the boring, monotonous U-N-H chant. Man, they need to change it up...Fans of other schools would probably say the same thing about "Let's go Red". True, though we do spice it up a bit with other chants (and jeers). It just seemed all they had was U! N! H! and those stupid thunder stick things. Maybe we shoby kozaczkies - Hockey

Larry72 In the 2003 Frozen Four semi-final game against UHN, Shane Palahicky scored the first goal during the first period on a shot deflection. The "ref" waived the goal off saying that Shane deflected the puck with a high stick. The "ref" was incorrect according to all the replays that followed that showed Shane's stick below the cross-bar as it deflected the puck. UHN weby kozaczkies - Hockey

KeithK While he would violate the "no current politician" rule (well, my rule anyway)... Looks like Pelosi will be the 2010 speaker...by kozaczkies - Hockey
Re: Dryden & Nieuwendyk Jersey Retirement Video - 14 years ago
I'm surprised we haven't gotten Ken Dryden to be a convocation speaker. Maybe I have a little bit of hockey bias... but he would of been a huge upgrade from Danny Glover. Ugh.by kozaczkies - Hockey
