French Rage Is today's game shown online anywhere? Fox Sports Go. You sign in using your cable provider and only works if you get Fox College Sports. If anyone has a username and pw to share, please do.by gatefan - Hockey
Re: Polls 2013-14 - 10 years ago
Trotsky martyYou do get points for picking Clarkson tenth rather than twelfth. This year's good prediction was that Yale would regress, which was projected from Yale's 2013 ECAC upset loss and second half drop, and the loss of their goaltending and a substantial amount of their offense. Then again, the other team that was supposed to crater by those metrics was... Colgate. Oh well. The teamby gatefan - Hockey

Re: Frozen Four Results - 11 years ago
Hey, just put yourselves in Clarkson's shoes. Quinnipiac or Yale will have won a national championship before them. They'll still have the "best program to never win a national title" moniker attached to their name.by gatefan - Hockey
Re: Michigan already assuming victoy over Cornell - 12 years ago
I remember when I was watching Colgate play Ferris State think that they were a team very eerily similar to you guys. It'll be a good, probably low-scoring game between two teams that match up well. Colgate almost got a split against them at their barn, so I think you'll be fine on neutral ice. So please go ahead and get another "EZAC" team in the Frozen Four and if Union gets it done,by gatefan - Hockey

It's 9 bucks for all 3 games in America One, good broadcast too. Few if any cutoffs. Good deal IMHO.by gatefan - Hockey

Trotsky dbilmes We're not the only team with injury problems. Princeton only had 16 skaters suit up for its game last night against Yale. This article was linked at the sidebar. This is a joke, right? Hand is the name of a high school in Connecticut. So it should really have said "Hand High School, wrestling."by gatefan - Hockey

dbilmes We're not the only team with injury problems. Princeton only had 16 skaters suit up for its game last night against Yale. I wonder if it's their strength and conditioning program that is the problem. They've struggled with injuries throughout the past 3 years, failing to return to being the force they were in 07-08 and 08-09.by gatefan - Hockey
Re: Cornell 5 Brown 2 - 12 years ago
Congrats on getting that monkey off your backs. My boys did so tonight as well. Watch out for Yale. Really good skating team, way better than their record. Goaltending is still light years behind the rest of their team talent-wise.by gatefan - Hockey
Re: Consecutive shutout minutes at Lynah? - 12 years ago
As a Colgate fan with what I think is a sense of reality, the whole Colgate-Cornell thing is something that has been mostly pushed by the administration and has trickled down to athletics throughout the years. They are the ones who have an inferiority complex towards Cornell and the Ivy League in general and from the moment you step on the Colgate campus as a freshman they try to sell you the Colby gatefan - Hockey
Re: Goalie Choice for Atlantic City - 13 years ago
I know I'm a Colgate fan, but the way I see it is that for Cornell to have won last Saturday, he would have needed a shutout. You can't ask for much more than what he did. It was the offense's fault that you guys did not sweep.by gatefan - Hockey
Re: Harvard 4, Cornell 3, Final - 13 years ago
Please win tomorrow. We don't want to take a trip to Lynah if it can be avoided.by gatefan - Hockey
