Tickets for Sale for Harvard Playoffs (no replies)

13-4 in the third quarter. But Cornell has some penalties it shouldn't have. Martinez in goal. (Fiore started.)
19-4 late in the game. Everyone plays.
19-4 final.

So has Binghamton gotten worse or we found a life?

Driver Crashes While Shaving Genitals
Published : Friday, 05 Mar 2010, 2:48 PM CST

A two-vehicle crash in Florida happened because the driver was shaving her bikini area while her ex-husband took the wheel from the passenger seat, according to a report in keysnews.com. The incident happened at about 11 a.m. on Tuesday on Cudjoe Key when Megan Mariah Barnes' 1995 Ford Thunderbird struck a pickup from behind at about 45 mph, the report stated. Passengers in the truck suffered minor injuries. Barnes, 37, was allegedly not supposed to be driving. According to the report, she had been convicted the day before of DUI with a prior and driving with a suspended license.
Barnes is charged with driving with a revoked license, reckless driving, leaving the scene of a wreck with injuries and driving with no insurance. Her passenger, Charles Judy, was not charged.

According to the article, Barnes said she was shaving behind the wheel to get ready for a liason with her boyfriend in Key West.

A longer version of story said she nicked herself just before losing control. She also was quoted as saying "she wanted to be ready" for the visit.

The Cornell Selection Show at Newman Arena will include a LIVE large-screen broadcast of the CBS NCAA Selection Show, Coach Donahue's ceremonial cutting of the nets and words from Coach and this incredible team.

Doors Open: 5:00p.m.

(doors will close at 5:30p.m. - no late admittance)

Recently honored ECAC Hockey first-team forward and Ivy League player of the year Sean Backman seriously injured his foot in practice last Sunday, and is likely done for the year, according to reports by the New Haven Register and Yale Daily News.

This would also mark the end of the senior’s NCAA experience, following a career highlighted by league co-rookie of the year honors, four All-ECAC team seasons, two team MVP awards, an ECAC Hockey tournament MVP award, Walter Brown Award semifinalist status, and 77 goals with 49 assists for 126 points in 122 games for the Bulldogs.

The local product of Cos Cob, Conn., had 21 goals and 35 points in 29 games this year. He accounted for just beyond a sixth of the team’s goals, and was under consideration for a spot on the Frozen Four Skills Challenge team.

Yale — ranked sixth in the nation — earned the ECAC Hockey regular-season title this year, and will play in the quarterfinals next weekend after enjoying a bye week during the first round of the league playoffs.

I have five seats together in Section H for all three nights. I'm willing to sell them for $180, which is face value for the first two nights ($18x5x2=$180) --I'm throwing in the tickets for the third night (which, of course may not occur) for no extra charge. I am not in Ithaca, so will have to ship them to you. I will pay for domestic shipping (FedEx 3, 2, or overnight service, whatever is necessary to get them to you in time). Payment by PayPal account to PayPal account is preferred, but happy to discuss options. Preference given to someone interested in complete set, but willing to break up if no one wants all of them.

aside from hoping CU wins next week, the RPI looks pretty complicated in who to root for..

in Hockey East BC helps us but the others are all pretty close.. do we want VT to beat NH does that lower them a bit or help VT too much? lowell-maine looks like a push, but i guess root for Merrimack over BU? or do those results because we played NH/BU

CCHA, Miami and the others are just behind us, does getting knocked off help?

Hockey webcasts - why is RPI so good? (37 replies)

Maybe it's because they're an engineering school and have pride in quality of the technology: The RPI webcast from the ECAC first round in Troy was amazingly good, pretty much on par with standard definition TV, plus multiple camera angles. It's a reminder you have to be a serious, diehard Cornell fan to watch our modest webcast efforts. RPI hockey is like TV that's coincidentally broadcast over the Web; Cornell hockey is like a high school science experiment whose entrant gets the smallest ribbon, the one that says "proud participant."

Just looking around to see what tickets are going for I see east regional 2 day packages for 80 and wast regional for 90? are they usually different prices? I thought the NCAA set the prices for these events?

I see ticket master has 1 day passes for 2 regionals for $50 but nothing for the east

I see stubhub has some west session passes for 55 and east is 85 and up..

prices are starting to match what you pay for NCAA B-ball now.
