Seth Payne Out for Remainder of Season

The Cowboys were already thrashing the Texans pretty much well beyond the possibility of a comeback, and had the ball again, when Houston defensive back Seth Payne '97 went down in the fourth quarter. The report from the Texans is that Seth tore his ACL, and will be out for the remainder of the season.
Having torn my own ACL earlier this year, I'd just like to say, it hurt like nothing else I've ever experienced. But I envy him the Vicodin he's about to enjoy for the next few weeks, and I wish him a successful ACL reconstruction and a thorough recovery.

DL, not DB. Still, very bad news - made worse for me since I thought the bad news was that he wasn't on a roster this year. I'd have been following him more closely if I knew.Beeeej
