Oh, that Nickerson.

Yep, definitely thought, "But Nickerson left Clarkson at the end of 04-05...SI must've made a mistake"

I'm always psyched to have Cornell sports get more exposure, but I wish he'd chill with the strutting and flexing and posing. The guy who beat him in the finals did the same thing, and it just seems unsportsmanlike and ugly. What's wrong with a triumphant fist pump or something?

Sorry to be Ms. Negative...

Oh, that Nickerson.
The other Nickerson's action shots are from IFOCE. You can figure out what category he competes in.

Actually, Nickerson's other shots come from the CDC.

I agree. But I suppose if you're going to find unrestrained stupid chauvinism, it'd be in wrestling. Does that explain Andy Noel at all?

Yes, although I learned to be amused by Gene and Andy. Although in defense of wrestlers, Clint Wattenberg was one of the nicest guys, athlete or non-athlete, I knew at school. Awesome dude.

As far as that other Nickerson goes, didn't the Cornell trip work out well for Clarkson, since they could just cart him up Tower Road for his vaccinations after the skatearound? Very convenient...

I always saw it as over-the-top homoeroticism.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
