Games for next season include the following-- The Preseason NIT (under new format it guarantees 4 quality opponents/games for Cornell), at Indiana, at Minnesota, at Syracuse, at Siena. Other games are in the works.

The folks down the road from me say their colors are crimson and cream (or maybe now crimson and Crean). However, that IU crimson looks more red (but not Carnellian!) than the crimson we know and hate.
BTW, Harvard Sucks!

Yup-- and under the NIT's new format--- all 16 teams are guaranteed 4 games. There will be loser brackets. Semi fials are at Madison Square Garden.
Loser brackets will be held at various campus sites of participating teams.
Cornell can expect a mixture of very strong "high majors" and mid-majors in the field.
Steve said that he is having trouble getting teams to come to Ithaca.

Is he able to arrange home-and-home deals or are these generally one-off away games?CornellFan

A tough road schedule, but it can't hurt. It won't affect Ivy play, which is what really matters, and pulling out an upset or two (and assuming we win the Ivies) may help towards a better seed come tournament time.

Yup. First two in Atlanta, then 3rd in Ithaca. But the Paul Hewitt (upstate NY) connection helped get that game.
