ESPNU is televising the Cornell at Princeton football game tonight (October 26) at 7:00 p.m. Also of local interest is tonight's men's hockey broadcast on CSTV (8:00 p.m.), which features BU at Michigan.

And for those with the Fox College Sports channels, OSU @ Minn is on FCS Central... (I miss DirecTV, at least as far as college hockey goes )

Apparently the 48-yard game-tying field goal with 0:05 remaining would have been good, but PU got a time out called at the last possible second. The kick that actually counted sailed wide right.

Fun game to watch. Cornell carried the play, but turnovers and poor tackling did us in.

The world wide leader also apparently felt that Cornell was located in the bustling metropolis of "Ithica"

I met an espn employee (I assume a PA, but she seemed to be more intent on impressing people with her new job) who said she was going to be working mainly on college football broadcasts and studio shows. After my conversation with her, my reaction to the 'Ithica" spelling mistake consists of four words: I am not surprised.
