I just took a look to see if there were any games from the Dryden era. There is one, Game 7 of the 1979 semi-final series vs. Boston. I immediately moved to about where I thought I'd find Lafleur's tying goal (it's at 1:59 and change - I was a few seconds late on my first click). I don't remember the kind of game Ken had, but I clearly remembered that the Bruins got a "too many men" penalty late in the game and Lafleur blistered in a shot from the right boards to tie it and the Habs won in overtime. By the way, although the game is labeled "Conference Final" it wasn't, as back then the teams were seeded 1-12 with the four division champs getting byes, and the highest seed playing the lowest seed etc. Division champs weren't automatically seeded in the top 4, so that in the second and third rounds, it continued to be best record against worst, etc. I thought it was a very good system.
