Jim Fahey, Northeastern, D, Sr., Milton, Mass.
Not only was he the only defenseman in the nation to lead his team in scoring...
Does the USCHO staff not know how to read a stat sheet? MURRAY! Great season, the honor is well deserved.

Not only was he the only defenseman in the nation to lead his team in scoring, Fahey topped all blueliners in the nation in points.

Didn't Murray lead our team in scoring? Right now, he's tied with Paolini, but he was also tied for the lead at the end of the RS. Do they not count ties? Hmmm....

Damn it...Thom...you JUST beat me to it!

I was going to ask the same RS question, but then I realized...

Doug Murray, Cornell, D, Jr., Bromma, Sweden
As ECAC champions, Cornell was the top defensive team in the nation; third in the nation in penalty killing and fifth in power play due to Murray's contributions. His 30 points led all ECAC defenseman in scoring. Murray was named Ivy League Player of the Year for his efforts.
They list him at 30 points, which is where he's at right now, so....

Bromma is actually a fairly large suburb of Stockholm I believe.
