OK, maybe not, but I have the following problem.

(1) Having launched IE, I cannot then launch a new window for IE, via either shortcut, executable, or Ctrl-N "New Window."

(2) None of the advanced settings fix it, and reverting to defaults doesn't fix it.

(3) Clicking a link that should create a new window doesn't work. Except... once (literally) it has.

(4) This problem hit my PC at home two nights ago, and my PC at work today. However, nobody in my immediate email vicinity has had it happen, nor anybody who accesses any site that I would from both locations (i.e., any of you guys).

So -- whassup?

Please don't send me any email. I don't want to catch what you've got. I'm not having the problem. ;-)

Have you installed or updated any of the ad suppression programs? Do you have one installed that might have updated itself? Sounds like a problem I saw when I allowed AdSubtract to get too aggressive against those lovely Pop-Up/Under ads.

AHA!!!!

Very good guess. Yes, I installed Pop Up Stopper.

All in all, it's worth it.
