b) it was nice to think we could be down a goal and it wasn't just one guy on the first line, not just Sparky Whatsisname [digress into three-paragraph personal recall of Sparky], who'd come through for you.

b) it was nice to think we could be down a goal and it wasn't just one guy on the first line, not just Sparky Whatsisname [digress into three-paragraph personal recall of Sparky], who'd come through for you.

b) Even nicer with 4 20-goal scorers, and a bunch with goal-counts in the teens, to be up by 6-7 goals, realistically hoping to hit double figures, and chanting "We want more!" This was probably the closest I'll ever come to watching hapless prisoners being devoured alive in the Colosseum. Hockey gave me far better understanding of Roman culture than anything I studied in the Temple of Zeus.
