Yes, there is no such thing as a PWR tie. Every tie in the pairwise rankings can be broken and every individual comparison tie is broken by the RPI but what if that's not enough?.

In the North Dakota row, go across and click on Michigan (MI). Total points is tied. RPI is tied. Michigan wins the comparison according to USCHO although I find it hard to believe that TUC or COP is the second tie breaker above H2H. which UND wins. This would be a really fun comaprison if UND and MI were actually tied in total comparisons won.
Edit: Sorry, UND wins the comparison. Missed that. What is interesting is that there is some fifth decimal place that must be giving UND the RPI category.
