Alumni game and Golf weekend - FYI

Dear MIH Season Ticket Holder,

Below is information on the upcoming MIH golf outing which will be held on Saturday, July 18. We are also looking for raffle prizes. If you are interested in golfing, or providing us with any prizes, please contact Casey Jones at cpj9@cornell.edu.

We hope that you will be able to come out and enjoy the Alumni Hockey Game on Friday, July 17 at 7:30 p.m. in Lynah Rink.

Schedule of Events
11:30 a.m. Registration
11:45 a.m. Lunch Buffet begins
1:00 p.m. Shotgun Start
4:30 p.m. Putting Contest Finals
6:45 p.m. Reception and Dinner
Golf Tournament
The 18-hole tournament will begin at 1:00 p.m. with a shotgun start. The $150 per person registration fee includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, buffet lunch, on-course beverages and dinner.
Promotional Opportunities
The Corporate Sponsorship ($500) includes golf for four, hole sponsorship and program
acknowledgement.
Tee and Green Sponsorship ($175) recognition for tee or green sponsorship will be placed at the tee box or green.
Registration Information
Return the registration form, along with a check for $150 per person, or $600 per foursome, to Cornell Hockey, Teagle Hall, Campus Road, Ithaca, NY 14853-6501. Registration deadline is July 1.
Hotel Information
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Ramada Inn, 2310 North Triphammer Road for the group. The rate will be $109.95, plus 13% sales tax. Deadline for reservations is June 19, 2009. Reservations made beyond the deadline may not received the quoted group rate. To make reservations, please call The Ramada at 607-257-3100 and ask for the Cornell Men’s Hockey Reunion rooms.
