Redcast archive problem

I've tried accessing last Saturday's Niagara game but am receiving an error message stating that the file cannot be found; I've been able to access other events (including last Friday's game) without problem. I've sent two e-mails to tech support without any response. Anyone else having the same issue?

Same problem here. Haven't written tech support. Tonight's roundball game is on, though.

Could it be licensing issues b/c they picked up the time warner feed? That is my guess for why it isn't up.

I don't recall that being a problem with the All-Access archives.
I hope the archives go up soon. I missed the game because my broadband connection was a casualty of a fierce winter storm.

I refrained from checking scores until Sunday evening when I could watch the archive. When I saw it wasn't up, I just assumed it was a licensing issue.
