Dartmouth hockey video refund [refunded already]

I'm asking Dartmouth's video provider for a refund of the game fee. We'll see how they waffle. I think they figure they can just say no and eventually I'll go away.
I can live with a minute of outage. But not from the end of the first through early in the third. Plus, come to think of it, a few minutes at the start of the game.
[edit add]Lose one, win one: Site support emailed back already and said "We are not aware of the stream going down at any point..." but regardless they're processing a refund request and cancelling the monthly billing for me. Now to figure out where Customer Care is on the similar Harvard site to cancel that recurring monthly billing.
All in all, a friendlier group of people that CSTV's little porcupine-quills.
Their business model (which Dartmouth and Harvard signed on to) is still unfriendly: You must sign up for a recurring monthly package and unless you're proactive, you're on the hook.
