I'm not going this year, but I've gone a lot (I'm wearing last year's t-shirt right now) and it is a good time. The number of absolute crazies (i.e., people on this forum) in attendance is usually about a half-dozen, but we have fun. The arena is comfortable, the concessions are varied, and the rink staff are impressively laid back. (I think they enjoy our enthusiasm.) There is also a sports bar inside the rink, but be warned that the tables with a view of the ice are reserved for season ticket holders come gametime.

Any chance of a mini-band like we've had in past years? I've given up on the rink ever knowing to pipe in Davy rather than NCFS after goals, but we've had a few three-piece brass performances of it.

I left my trombone up in Ithaca for the band after Homecoming, so I'm afraid I'm out. Unless you want some peppy concert euphonium action...
