INCH makes nice mention of 2 ECAC players today (good press for our conference overall) -

HIDDEN HOBEY

Drew Bagnall
St. Lawrence
Senior Defense

Kyle Rank
St. Lawrence
Senior Forward

It's hard to choose one over the other when it comes to the impact the senior co-captains have had on the Saints' season, which has seen them at or near the top of the ECAC Hockey League standings throughout. Bagnall leads the defense and logs tons of ice time. Rank is the team's leading scorer and seems to always come through in pressure situations. They epitomize what's different about this year's Saints team -- one that finds a way to succeed in close games rather than finding ways to lose.

Indeed. In one goal games this year, they're 10-2 (8-0 ECAC).

They're also both seniors, so if they're the key to SLU's resurgence, the Saints have a problem next year.

What about Reid Cashman of Quinnipiac. That guy is pretty damn good.

That's why he's not exactly "hidden."

That and him being a Hobey Finalist last year.
