Less significant than the ECAC championship, sure, but still:
Yale, Cornell and Dartmouth are still alive. Yale or Cornell can still win an undivided championship; Dartmouth's best case scenario is a split title with Yale. From worst to best:
Cornell gets 0 points this weekend: Dartmouth and Yale split.
Cornell gets 1 point against Harvard: Dartmouth and Yale split.
Cornell gets 1 point against Dartmouth: Yale wins.
Cornell gets 2 points against Harvard: Cornell, Dartmouth and Yale split.
Cornell gets 2 points against Dartmouth: Cornell and Yale split.
Cornell gets 1 point against each: Cornell and Yale split.
Cornell gets 3 points in any way or 4 points: Cornell wins.

Are there any scenarios where Cornell will have nothing at all to play for besides pride on Saturday? They can wrap up the bye and Ivy share with a win tonight but I don't think they can lock in the 3 or 4 seed. It probably goes without saying, but the three would be huge a) avoid dartmouth or quinny in the quarters and b) avoid SLU until the ECAC Final while instead drawing HYP or colgate and then Clarkson if everything went by seed and presuming SLU takes care of business this weekend.
With the prospect of a best of three looming in two weeks, the game Saturday could have a really weird feel.

A win over Dartmouth is enough to clinch 4th. Clinching 3rd tonight might be possible if Quinnipiac loses, but I haven't worked out when we win the tiebreak with Q and when we lose.
Actually, let me check...
Ah, no. If we beat Dartmouth and lose to Harvard, and Q splits, they win the tiebreak. So, no, we can't clinch third tonight.

Hmm. If Cornell beats Dartmouth, they can finish no worse than 4th. A Cornell win coupled with a Clarkson tie means Cornell can only finish 3rd or 4th. (4 points for Cornell and 0 points for Clarkson this weekend would put Cornell in 2nd, owing to the 1-0-1 H2H record.) If Cornell wins, Clarkson ties or wins, and Quinnipiac loses, Cornell would have 26 points, Quinnipiac would have 24, and Dartmouth would have 23. At that point, the only tiebreaker that could come into play regarding Cornell would be Cornell and Quinnipiac at 26 points, assuming Cornell lost on Saturday and Quinnipiac won. The first tiebreaker is head-to-head, which is a push. After that is record against the top 4. Cornell's is 2-3-1, Q's is currently 2-2-0 with games still to play. A loss against SLU tonight would put them at 2-3-0, but they could still win the tiebreaker with a win against Clarkson tomorrow. So, Cornell can clinch no worse than 4th tonight, but cannot clinch 3rd.

Redux:
Win tomorrow: 3-way share
Anything else: Y and D share
Let's go Red, 'Gate, and Tech.
