New poll?

I was very happy to see the updated schedule/leaders info in the corner. But the center-top looks empty.

Might I suggest a poll, Age? What do people expect from the team this year?

Miss Albany
Miss NCAAs
NCAAs
Frozen Four

I think four choices are enough even though some of them contain a very large range of possibilities.

Pencil me in for "miss the NCAAs" and hopeful that I am underestimating the kids.

I suggest a better poll would be:

ECAC 1-2
ECAC 3-4
ECAC 5-8
ECAC 9-12

Expectations for anything past the regular season are "undefined" at this point for a group with so many new faces.

I suggest a better poll would be:
Sure, nobody has their own ideas but can't wait to pick on someone else's.

Well, my poll suggestion involved lemmings, but apparently Age wasn't interested.

Have you seen Miss Albany this year? I think even the chess team could get her.

Haven't you figured out that I hate purely speculative polls by now? Besides, I have bigger fish to fry. Keep you panties on.

Most annoying forum feature:
- People telling the moderator what to do
- Baseless complaints about refs
- Replies that are screwed up in threaded view
- Poor use of apostrophes
- RichS
- PM me for details

You run a poll a year. Nothing statistically significant enough for anyone to figure out trends. Except the grumpy attitude. Plenty of evidence of that.

If it's a forum feature, it can be turned off in Preferences, right?

That's inappropriate; you know this forum isn't for highschool hockey.

Funny but I'm hardly a "feature" of this forum.

As for the "annoying" bit, that age-old axiom applies to many of you. "You can dish it out but you can't take it."

Great input. Another "I know you are, but what am I?" Do you do know any other arguments or tricks? If we're annoying to you, why do you even bother?

Anyway, I think it was the previous update where Age was able to enable multiple polls at once. There used to be a link where you could view the results of all current and past polls.

It's still there. Look in the "Links" box on the right side.
