ANyoneelse able to get the video of Friday's game to come up in the archive? No luck here...I can get women's bball from the archive or mens hockey audio from last night, but the video isn't working for me.

Anyone with similar problem?

Yeah, I can't get it either, meaning I'm listening to the audio...which has, mysteriously, 20 minutes of an odd talk show attached to the front end of it.

I've told CSTV of the problem before and no one has every fixed. Maybe I should just call up their customer service and be a bit of a jerk about it--Limited-Access is an absolute joke.

I just spoke to someone at CSTV and explained to them this problem. He was passing my complaint along to the technical department and said they should have the games up sometime later today or early tomorrow. If they aren't up after tomorrow he told me to call back. I guess we'll see but I'm not holding my breath.

better answer than i got. those a-holes have the worst structured custimer service organization I have ever dealt with.

I *escalated * the complaint mainly because I want to see tonights archive since i will be out, but the *technical* people don't respond to customers. So I escalated to *management* as well, and was told they'd be back to me eventually, it might be a week.



Got to love the call center culture that's been created in this country.
