ah, another week of moving up without playing. I've enjoyed this year of the hot potato.

If the teams around them were getting it done, they'd be moving down. Not their fault.

The funny thing is how Dartmouth and Colgate switched places at #16 and 17. Dartmouth must've had better practices than Colgate.

Dartmouth is seeded ahead of 'gate in the tournament. Perhaps they went by that.

But Dartmouth was seeded ahead of Colgate at this point last week too. Maybe the pollsters (or one or more of them) just noticed that Dartmouth wins the tiebreaker, even though the USCHO page puts Colgate ahead (alphabetically).ebilmesKeithK

Or maybe it's just within the margin of error.ebilmes

I mean, #16/17 out of 50 or so? It's picking nits at that point.

Or maybe they just spend 3 seconds scrawling down names and then don't give it another thought.

How can you use the word error in a sentence referring to the beloved poll?

Am I the only one here who reads OCHFW*?
During last Thursday's practice Dartmouth and Colgate were pretty even during sprints and passing, but Dartmouth clearly outshone Colgate during the 3 on 2 drills. Voters were disturbed that Dartmouth's Overlock deviated from his normal Saturday routine and ordered cheerios instead of his usual corn flakes but this was outweighed by the fact that Gaudet described this weeks shipment of pucks as "very shiney and round." There's more to the puck story but I'd rather not discuss it here. PIM me for details.
Frankly, I'm surprised Dartmouth didn't move into 15th.

Just noticed that the ECAC gets slighted in the USA Today poll. Cornell, Hahvahd (sucks), Dartmouth and Colgate are all lower than in the USCHO poll. Colgate didn't even get a single point.
