We've definitely been pushed out of the "near the top" pack. Again, not that it means anything, but Maine did not impress me at all in Florida; I don't like being behind them. I'm sure the Niagara web site will get back into energizing the fan base by mentioning that they're again receiving votes.

I love how USCHO found a way to include half of D-1 in their poll. snore

We moved up in USA Today, after going 2-3-1 and losing to RPI. LOL. "Let the USCHO Forum Games begin!" :-}

Clearly we've been cut some significant slack due to injuries. Hopefully, we can get healthy and put together a strong ECAC playoff drive to ensure a 2 seed in NCAAs.

Overall, im in agreement with the polls. Yea, we have not been winning, but really, nobody else around us is either.

I think if this team plays the way it can, i know alot of oyu will dis agree with me, it is a frozen four team. imo this team is more talented then the 03 team, just haven't been able to put it together just yet. Be patient.

Absolutely. If McKee is in top form, if OB and Sasha are healthy, if Moulson gets some good looks... We can certainly beat anyone. The scary thing is that our inconsitency this year has also shown that we can lose to anyone. It'll be interesting to see which team shows up during the ECACHL playoffs and then the NCAAs. 6-1 Dartmouth/2-0 RPI or 6-0 Quinnipiac/4-1 Colgate?

That's the thing, though, the 03 team put every bit of their talent to full use. There's something to be said about drafting a team of players that maybe arent the high talent touted names, but work great as a team like the 03 squad.

I believe a lot of the credit for that team's success goes to the senior leadership, and Stephen Bâby's in particular.

I'll never forget Bâby and Murray doing shuttle runs in the Baker quad during the fall of '99. The first time I met them, I thought they were football players! Boldt Hall was a fun place to be back then.

Now THAT is awesome. The best I had was a finance class that Marr and Wallace happened to be in.
