Mike Kennedy is the #20 ranked NCAA skater. Matt Connors is listed as "NCAA Limited Viewing"
This doesn't include any of the Jr. A players coming in next year like Romano, Gallagher, and Nash, who will probably all make the mid-term rankings or whatever it is when they combine the lists into one global ranking.
