Question about TV programming (Dish Network)

Question about TV programming (Dish Network)

Hey all, I am on Dish Network and up until this point assumed that I wouldn't be able to get the game. However, after seeing that the BC, BU, and Colgate games are telivisted (BC and BU on altitude!) I am starting to gain hope. Also, channel 448 (sports alternate 4) has listed tomorrow at 6 PM: West Regional Semifinal game #2.

After calling to confirm this with Dish Network, I of course got no help from the morons who told me that they had "no information."

Am I in luck or not? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Dish Network should indeed be getting the game tomorrow. I don't remember the exact numbers, but 448 sound right. The channel with BU/UND that says "Altitude" at the top right is the Altitude alternate feed. The very same one that will carry our game tomorrow.

Disclaimer: there's always the risk of a random blackout of the station, also, it may be a difference channel number tomorrow, but you're watching the right feed.

The Altitude alternate feed, which is on channel 445 today, has been showing NCAA regional games. I am very confident the Cornell-OSU game will be shown in its entirety on channel 448 tomorrow.

Isn't the long-distance feeds the reason we have satellite in the first place?

If Dish bags out on Cornell-OSU tomorrow, I will seriously question whther the damn thing should stay on my garage roof !

UND looked like our beloved Cornell dressed in GREEN tonight. BU really looked 'small' and ineffective.

I really thought Mercyhurst might pull off the upset - or at least get to OT w/BC.

Let's GO BIGGGGG REDDDDDDDD!!!!!!

(how do I get the red color specified?)

After calling back and speaking to a supervisor, I was told that if the game is listed on the on screen programming guide, there is a "98%" chance it will be on, assuming there is no blackout...

It is still showing up, so I think we are going to be okay...

The Hahvahd-UHN game is running long. We assume they'll join us in progress.

DirecTV 658 switched over after UNH-H ended. 1st period had already ended.
