where to get get tickets

As a 'freshman mom' I have gotten thoroughly hooked on Cornell hockey. If Cornell gets seeded in either Worchester or Amhurst how do we go about getting tickets so we are in the Cornell section? We had great seats in Albany, but ended up moving after the start of the games to be down with the crowd (much more fun there).

I think they will go on sale at the Cornell ticket office on Monday at 10am similar to the ECAC championship tourney. Cornell will be allotted probably 500 tickets (I know this is amount if we get sent out to Minnesota). Your best bet will be to call Cornells Ticket Office and they can tell you what sections Cornell will be in and when they go on sale. If it is monday you can call them to buy the tickets and probably pick them up at will call. Any way, I don't think either regional is sold out yet, so if you can not get tickets from the school call up the stadiums box office. It won't be in the Cornell section but it still gets you to the game.

i believe that cornell will get an allotment of tickets for wherever they end up. this can be purchased at the cornell ticket office, I believe. another good source is here: [board.uscho.com]

i hate to burst your bubble but cornell may be sent out west (no worcester or amherst). another good place to check for tickets is on the forumns for each of the teams who are close to the regional cornell gets sent to and whose fans likely bought tickets early but now their team is elsewhere.

JY3 I just assumed they were not in ithaca, so going to the window would not be the best option if they are over an half hour away. But there is a good chance we will end out west, lets see how many ppl are willing to travel to minnesota when they are no tickets available anymore.

yeah just wanted to give her a heads up b/c i have depended on getting tickets thru phone order before from the tix office and then discovered all the tickets had been sold at the window. just have a backup plan, mom!
