Does anyone know if any of the WJC hockey games will be broadcasted in the states?

Last year, the YES network carried a few of the US games. The fact that it is in the US and there is no NHL makes me think there will be more coverage this year, but the WJC have never gotten any coverage in the States for some reason. The last time the WJC's were in the US was in 1996 in Boston and the Championship game between Canada and I think the US and the arena was below half capacity. As far as I know, the WJC's are sold out for this year.

I have surfed the web periodically to look for specific information on television coverage in the United States, and I have not found anything. In this instance, that is not bad news.
Chris Semrau, who is in charge of communciations and media for the WJC, has informed me that ESPN2 will broadcast the Team USA games. The official announcement has not been made, but this appears to be a done deal.
The first game involving Team USA is against Russia at 7:30 CST on Christmas Day. The full WJC schedule can be found here: [ralphsworldjr.com]
