This is just a thought: Why doesn't i2Sports offer a high-def (okay, crummy old NTSC, but better than what we've been getting in years past) streaming download after the game as well as the fuzzy live video feed. I could live with an overnight delay (maybe it could be as little as an hour) to see the game with better resolution. If you've seen what a MovieLink can do to make streaming Hollywood movies look like (and there you can start watching before the download is complete), I think that would be an acceptable quality. More than acceptable.

Nice thing about college hockey, it's not as if the scores are on the ESPN crawl or the front page of your hometown paper or your friends at work are eager to talk up how Clarkson did vs. Union unless you've got a very special set of friends and an unusual workplace. So you can watch a tape delay without fear of someone blabbing the outcome.

True, but it's hard to chat with your virtual hockey friends during the game when you're watching on tape delay.
