Gist: a college-only ESPN clone is starting up and so far the best conference deal they could get was with the Ivies. The Ivies grabbed it since they aren't getting any national exposure anyway, so hey ride it while it lasts.

1) I assume that these are either cable exclusives (I can't imagine that CSTV can afford to oubid the networks $$$ for the big conferences) or basketball isn't included for the Big East or basketball/football for the Big 12. True? (I noticed that it doesn't include "ivy league" hockey, to the extent there is such a thing outside of the ECAC.)
2) I wrote an email to the address they give to find out if the network is going to be in your area (I have digital cable) and the email was returned as undeliverable. Interesting network. . .
