I posted this on the Ticket Exchange forum first by accident cause I'm a bit of a ditz this morning!
Does anyone know how many tix the box office saves for game day sales?
I know there is a small quantity but how small is it? And do both Friday's and Saturday's tix go on sale friday morning or are they open again saturday morning/afternoon for game day sales? Finally, if you are too far away to be at the office in person, if you call that morning can you still get these tix? Just curious cause it is my last hope for 2 tix to this week-end's RPI game!

You could obtain answers to all of these questions very easily by calling the Ticket Office at 607-254-2327.

It's almost certainly not your last hope. Or at least it shouldn't be.
There are always people who, for whatever reason, wind up with extra tickets at the last minute, and take them to the game to sell. If you don't wind up with tickets via some other means, just go stand outside the fieldhouse by around 6:30 PM on Saturday night (if you're really worried, get there by 6:15), and you'll almost certainly find some people selling (or maybe even giving away) tickets. The place to look for these people is just outside of the building, right next to the ticket windows.
Good luck!
