The Cornell-Yale game is being broadcast live on NESN - for all of you who can't get last minute tickets.

From [cornellbigred.ocsn.com]

[Q]TV Info.: This Saturday's game at Yale will be shown on NESN, YES and Leafs TV. NESN and YES are available on cable outlets (check your local system) and on DirecTV. For DirecTV, you need to have the sports package. NESN can be found on channel 623 while YES is one step down at channel 622. Leafs TV is available in Ontario, excluding the Ottawa Valley area, on Star Choice, Rogers, Look, Cogeco and soon to launch on Bell ExprerssVu. Network information including program schedules is available on [www.mapleleafs.com]. NESN and YES will be showing the game live, while Leafs TV will televise it on Sunday, March 2 at 2:30 p.m. Direct satellite coordinates are as follows: AMC5 Transponder 14. This year's ECAC TV package also includes a weekly 30-minute show in February entitled "This Week in ECAC Hockey" that will be aired on NESN, YES and Leafs TV (check local listings for dates and times). Will anyone be taping the game that could send a copy to a former Daily Sun sports guy who's living in the hockey nether-regions of the world? I'd pay for the tape and shipping if anyone can figure it out.

Thanks
Charles Persons

Ahhhhhhh, the glory of TiVO. I will be recording it and should be able to make copies for whoever for cost of tape and shipping. If you are interested, please e-mail me privately. Requests on the thread will not be recognized.

EDIT: On second thought, I will attempt to record a few games throught the playoffs, including all those on YES if I have the space and will make recordings after I have them all. Then, it would prevent me from doing this multiple times. I will post another message after I have all the games and people can tell me what they want then.

NESN is also available on DISH Network, channel 434. I think it's part of the larger packages, but it may also be on the regional sports package.

Unfortunately, NESN is about five seconds behind the radio coverage, so I had to turn the radio off. Bob Norton is no Adam Wodon...
