I suspect that Cornell and Harvard have both clinched home ice (i.e., 8th place or better). Does someone with more time on their hands than me want to check it out with the ECAC Playoff Possibilities Script?

To answer my own question, yes we have clinched. Colgate, Vermont, Union,
UVM and Brown cannot all end up with 26 points or more.

Take a peak now, we only need 2 more points to clinch a first round bye and home ice in the quarters.

Tonight's tie, combined with losses by Clarkson and Union, means that Cornell finishes no lower than third, and a first round bye has been clinched.
